Transfer
Process
CTT conducts a
thorough due
diligence
review of all
seller
donation
documents to
ensure that we
provide high
quality tax
credits for
our buyers. Once
CTT has
accepted a
credit for
transfer, we
match you with
a credit
seller based
on our
priority list.
The buyer,
seller, and
CTT execute
CTT’s
Agreement to
Purchase/Sell.
Transfers are
completed by
delivering a
fully signed
Agreement to
all parties
and delivering
checks from
you, as the
buyer,
directly to
the seller and
to CTT for
it's transfer
fee.
