2013!

The
Georgia
General
Assembly
passed HB 386
on March 22,
2012 and the
bill was
signed into
law on April
20, 2012 by
Governor
Nathan
Deal.
This bill
contains major
changes to the
Georgia
Conservation
Tax Credit
that go into
effect January
1, 2013.
CTT
has been
working close
with state
agencies to
help develop
rules and
policies that
will guide how
HB 386 is
implemented.
